About the project
The main task was to organize a large volume of archived data, catalogs, and books. The website features a catalog of Orthodox publications available in various digital formats. Another key feature of the site is its extensive navigation structure, including three sidebars, a top primary menu, and a top alphabetical index. Each catalog entry included a cover preview, book rating, summary, along with buttons for reading and downloading. Users could search for literature via the search bar next to the top menu or by tags featured in a dedicated section.
This digital library is the second project in our practice. It was created in the early days of our studio, and its visual style fully reflects the web interface standards of that era. However, the data architecture and book filtering logic we established proved so robust that the website reliably served its educational mission for many years, standing as another testament to the longevity of our solutions.
